About the course
Middle Leadership Moments is designed to fit into the reality of busy leadership, with a short, high-impact video released every two weeks that unpacks a single idea, tool, or routine you can apply straight away. Each video goes beyond theory to show how the idea works in practice, offering simple, actionable suggestions you can trial either personally in your own leadership or with your team. Across the series, the content is deliberately balanced to support the full scope of middle leadership: covering how to set and sustain direction through vision and strategy, how to translate that into effective action, how to lead people and build strong, collaborative teams, and how to strengthen the structures and systems that make improvement stick.
Dr. Mark Osborne
Mark Osborne is the Director of Leading Learning and has been a teacher, school leader, consultant, author and speaker for almost thirty years. He has a PhD from the University of Melbourne in leading change in education, and has worked with schools and school districts throughout New Zealand and Australia; North and South America; Europe and Asia. Mark is particularly passionate about leadership development, change leadership, and innovation in schools.
